12 days of (Canterbury) Christmas

Hat tip to the CSO, who performed their version during the Cantabrian Christmas concert. (I've altered a few things to suit the photos I've taken...)

THE TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS, SHAKEYTOWN STYLE

On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...
A visit from the EQC.

On the second day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...
 Two sticky doors,
and a visit from the EQC.

On the third day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...
 Three cracked steps,
two sticky doors, and a visit from the EQC.

On the fourth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...
Four wobbly walls,
three cracked steps, two sticky doors, and a visit from the EQC.

On the fifth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...
Five portalooooooooos!
Four wobbly walls, three cracked steps, two sticky doors,
and a visit from the EQC.

On the sixth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...
 Six container shops,
Five portalooooooooos!
Four wobbly walls, three cracked steps, two sticky doors,
and a visit from the EQC.

On the seventh day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...
 Seven landmarks fallen,
Six container shops,
Five portalooooooooos!
Four wobbly walls, three cracked steps, two sticky doors,
and a visit from the EQC.

On the eighth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...
Eight potholes growing,
Seven landmarks fallen, six container shops,
Five portalooooooooos!
Four wobbly walls, three cracked steps, two sticky doors,
and a visit from the EQC.

On the ninth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...
Nine singers strumming,
Eight potholes growing, seven landmarks fallen, six container shops,
Five portalooooooooos!
Four wobbly walls, three cracked steps, two sticky doors,
and a visit from the EQC.

On the tenth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...
Ten helpers shovelling,
Nine singers strumming,
Eight potholes growing, seven landmarks fallen, six container shops,
Five portalooooooooos!
Four wobbly walls, three cracked steps, two sticky doors,
and a visit from the EQC.

On the eleventh day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...
Eleven backyard traders,
Ten helpers shovelling, nine singers strumming,
Eight potholes growing, seven landmarks fallen, six container shops,
Five portalooooooooos!
Four wobbly walls, three cracked steps, two sticky doors,
and a visit from the EQC.

On the twelfth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...
Twelve orange road cones,
Eleven backyard traders, ten helpers shovelling, nine singers strumming,
Eight potholes growing, seven landmarks fallen, six container shops,
Five portalooooooooos!
Four wobbly walls, three cracked steps, two sticky doors,
and a visit from the EQC.
